COMMISSION DETAILS

Term of services

1. การจองคิวจะถูกคอนเฟิร์มเมื่อโอนมัดจำครึ่งแรก(50%)แล้วเท่านั้น การจองปากเปล่าหรือส่งบรีฟอย่างเดียวไม่ถือว่าคอนเฟิร์ม (หรือหากยังไม่พร้อมโอนมัดจำหรือส่งบรีฟ กรุณาแจ้งกำหนดการแจ้งโอนและส่งบรีฟให้ชัดเจน)
2.ในขั้นตอนการแก้ไข สามารถแก้ไขได้ฟรี 3 ครั้ง ในขั้นสเก็ตดินสอ และอีก 3 ครั้ง ในขั้นตอน
สเก็ตสี/ไฟนอล หากมีนอกเหนือจาก 3 ครั้ง คิดค่าแก้ครั้งละ 200 บาท หรือขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียด
3.การยกเลิกออเดอร์ หากทางเรายังไม่เริ่มงานจะคืนเงินให้ 100% หากเริ่มงานแล้วบางส่วน จะคืนให้ 50%
4. ทางเรารับสกุลเงินต่างชาติผ่านบัญชี TDBank/Paypal โดยสกุล CAD และ USD จะใช้เรท 1 THB = 25 / 1 THB = 32 USD
5.หากไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้ว่าจ้างได้เป็นเวลานาน เดดไลน์อาจเลื่อนตามความเหมาะสม( English version )
1. The booking slot will only be confirmed once the first 50% deposit has been transferred. A verbal booking or sending the brief does not count as confirmation. (If the customers are not ready to transfer the deposit or send the brief yet, please clearly inform us of the date when you will do so.)
2. During the working process, you can request up to 3 free edits at the pencil sketch stage and another 3 free edits at the color/final stage. Additional revisions beyond these will be charged at least 200 THB ($8) per time, or depending on the complexity.
3. If the order is canceled before any work has begun, 100% refund will be issued. If the order has already been started, 50% refund will be issued.
4. We accept foreign currencies through TD Bank/PayPal.
For CAD: 1 CAD = 25 THB
For USD: 1 USD = 32 THB
4. If the client cannot be contacted for an extended period, the deadline may be postponed.

Working Process

STEP 1

- รับบรีฟจากลูกค้าเรียบร้อย
- รับมัดจำเต็มจำนวน หรือ 50%
- ส่งภาพร่างสเก็ตดินสอ
- ส่งแก้ไขสเก็ตดินสอ (หากมี)- Receive the brief from the client
- Client paid full deposit or 50% upfront
- Send pencil sketch draft
- Send revised sketch (if any)

STEP 2

- ส่งอัปเดตสเก็ตสี
- รับมัดจำอีก 50% ที่เหลือ (หากมี)
- ส่งปรับแก้สเก็ตสี (หากมี)- Send updated color sketch
- Client paid the remaining 50% deposit (if applicable)
- Send revised color sketch (if any)

STEP 3

- ส่งภาพ pre final
- แก้ไข pre final (หากมี)
- ส่งไฟล์ final- Send pre-final artwork
- Edit pre-final (if any)
- Deliver final file
